On the morning of 23/2, on the occasion of the early days of the Lunar New Year Binh Ngo 2026, in Ha Noi, the Office of the Party Central Committee held a meeting themed "Celebrating the Party – Celebrating the Spring" and extended Tet greetings to cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers of the office.
General Secretary To Lam attended the meeting; also in attendance were the following comrades: Tran Cam Tu, Member of the Politburo, Permanent Member of the Secretariat; Pham Gia Tuc, Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chief of the Office of the Party Central Committee; and all cadres, civil servants, and employees of the Office of the Party Central Committee.

The meeting was held online at three venues: Ha Noi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Da Nang.
According to a rapid report of the Office of the Party Central Committee on the organization of Tet in localities, the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026 took place in a warm and joyful atmosphere across all regions of the country. Localities synchronously implemented urban beautification work, ensured environmental sanitation and landscape management; organized distinctive cultural and artistic activities, honoring traditional cultural values of each locality; vividly reflected current issues, and praised the homeland, the country, the Party, and President Ho Chi Minh, thereby creating a joyful and enthusiastic atmosphere. Under the leadership and direction of the Politburo, the Secretariat, and the Government, central and local agencies made thorough preparations to carry out their tasks during the Tet holiday, achieving a number of notable results.

In the joyful and warm atmosphere of the early days of the New Spring, speaking at the meeting, General Secretary To Lam stated clearly that a year marked by numerous major events, a heavy workload, many new and difficult tasks, including unprecedented matters, had just concluded; at the same time, the country had officially entered a phase of vigorously implementing the major decisions set forth by the 14th National Party Congress.
With a high sense of responsibility, even during the recent Lunar New Year holiday, many cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers of the Office of the Party Central Committee directly participated in serving important activities, including the working visit of leaders of the Party and the State to the United States, thereby making an important contribution to the success of the trip. This continued to affirm the role, position, and quality of the advisory and service work of the Office of the Party Central Committee in high-level domestic and foreign affairs activities.
Acknowledging and commending the sense of responsibility, dedication, and tireless efforts, regardless of time of day, of the cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers of the Office of the Party Central Committee, the General Secretary congratulated and highly appreciated the results achieved by them in advising and serving the leadership and direction of the Party Central Committee, the Politburo, and the Secretariat over the past year.
The General Secretary noted that 2026 is the first year of implementing the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress, marking the beginning of the 2026–2030 development period with very high requirements and objectives; each cadre, civil servant, public employee, and worker must immediately get to work, quickly return to the normal working rhythm, avoid any delay or interruption, and ensure continuity and smooth operation in all tasks.

Each cadre, civil servant, public employee, and worker of the Office of the Party Central Committee should continue to cultivate political steadfastness and moral qualities, enhance professional competence; work with the highest sense of responsibility, continue to excellently fulfill assigned duties, and be worthy of serving as a reliable advisory and service staff of the Party Central Committee in the new period.

Receiving the directives of General Secretary To Lam at the meeting, Comrade Pham Gia Tuc, Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chief of the Office of the Party Central Committee, expressed that in the context of increasingly heavy tasks and ever higher requirements, advisory and comprehensive service work must be truly professional, timely, accurate, and effective.
Chief of the Office of the Party Central Committee Pham Gia Tuc affirmed that, upholding the tradition of "Absolute loyalty – unity and creativity – dedication and thoughtfulness – steadfast adherence to principles," entering the New Year with new momentum and renewed determination, all cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers of the Office of the Party Central Committee will uphold a high sense of responsibility, set exemplary standards, strengthen solidarity, strive with determination to overcome difficulties and challenges, and excellently fulfill assigned tasks, thereby creating a premise for the following years, truly deserving to be a strategic, pivotal, confidential advisory body and worthy of the trust and expectations of the Party Central Committee; contributing, together with the entire Party, the entire army, and the entire people, to successfully achieving the two strategic goals of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (1930–2030) and the 100th anniversary of the founding of the country (1945–2045), striving to soon make our country a developed, high-income nation as set forth in the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress./.
