Journal of Law & Development signs a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation with Thuyloi University

(L&D) On the morning of December 19 in Hanoi, the Journal of Law & Development, in coordination with Thuyloi University, solemnly organized a ceremony to sign a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation with a view to promoting training, scientific research, and publishing activities between the two entities.
Attending the signing ceremony, on behalf of the Journal of Law & Development were: Journalist Phan Van Lam – Deputy Editor-in-Chief in charge of the Journal; Journalist Phan Thi Thu Giang – Deputy Head of the Communications and Readers Committee; Ms. Nguyen Thi Nam Hoa – Deputy Head of the Executive Committee. On behalf of Thuyloi University were: Prof., Dr. Nguyen Trung Viet – President of the University; Dr. To Manh Cuong – Dean of the Faculty of Law and Political Theory; Dr. Tran Thi Ngoc Thuy – Vice Dean of the Faculty of Law and Political Theory; and representatives of the leadership of several departments and units of the University.
Promoting cooperation in science, research, and training

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Journalist Phan Van Lam – Deputy Editor-in-Chief in charge of the Journal of Law & Development expressed his honor in leading the working delegation to visit and sign the Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation with Thuyloi University.
Journalist Phan Van Lam affirmed that this Memorandum of Understanding would serve as a foundation for the two entities to implement specific activities aimed at promoting training, scientific research, and publishing activities between the two entities. He also affirmed that the two sides could promptly promote professional cooperation programs, with a determination to deliver practical and sustainable results, contributing to the academic cooperation network.

Prof. Dr. Nguyen Trung Viet – President of Thuyloi University highly appreciated the capacity and cooperation of the Journal of Law & Development. Prof., Dr. Nguyen Trung Viet shared that cooperation between the University and the Journal is one of the important strategies for improving the quality of training and developing scientific research capacity for the University’s students and lecturers at present.
Prof. Dr. Nguyen Trung Viet expressed his confidence that the signing of this cooperation would serve as a good starting point for cooperation and development for both sides and committed to creating favorable conditions for the implementation of the contents set out in the Memorandum of Understanding.

The Memorandum of Understanding signing ceremony took place in a solemn, open, and constructive atmosphere, marking an important starting point for a long-term cooperative relationship between the Journal of Law & Development and Thuyloi University.
The two sides agreed to cooperate on the basis of voluntariness, leveraging potential and strengths, and enhancing scientific research capacity, training, and other activities of both sides; to regularly exchange information, organize periodic evaluations of cooperative activities, and develop new contents for subsequent stages.
