Law and Development Journal signs a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation with Thuy Loi University.

(L&D)-On the morning of December 19 in Ha Noi, the Law and Development Journal, in coordination with Thuy Loi University, solemnly organized a ceremony for the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on cooperation, aiming to promote training, scientific research, and publishing activities between the two entities.


Attending the signing ceremony, on behalf of the Law and Development Journal were: journalist Phan Van Lam – Deputy Editor-in-Chief in charge of the Journal; journalist Phan Thi Thu Giang – Deputy Head of the Communications and Readers Division; and Ms. Nguyen Thi Nam Hoa – Deputy Head of the Administrative Affairs Division. On behalf of Thuy Loi University were: Prof. Dr. Nguyen Trung Viet – President of the University; Dr. To Manh Cuong – Head of the Faculty of Law and Political Theory; Dr. Tran Thi Ngoc Thuy – Deputy Head of the Faculty of Law and Political Theory; along with representatives of the leadership of several departments and units of the University.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Journalist Phan Van Lam – Deputy Editor-in-Chief in charge of the Journal of Law and Development expressed his honor in leading the working delegation to visit and sign the Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation with Thuy Loi University.

Journalist Phan Van Lam affirmed that this Memorandum of Understanding would serve as a foundation for the two entities to implement specific activities aimed at promoting training, scientific research, and publishing between the two parties. He also emphasized that both sides could promptly advance professional cooperation programs, with determination to achieve practical and sustainable results, thereby contributing to the academic cooperation network.

Prof. Dr. Nguyen Trung Viet, President of Thuy Loi University, highly appreciated the capacity and cooperation of the Law and Development Journal. He shared that the cooperation between the University and the Journal is one of the important strategies for improving the quality of training and developing scientific research capacity for the University’s students and lecturers at present.

Prof. Dr. Nguyen Trung Viet expressed his confidence that this cooperation signing would be a positive starting point for the cooperation and development of both parties, and committed to creating favorable conditions for the implementation of the contents of the Memorandum of Understanding.

The signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding took place in a solemn, open, and constructive atmosphere, marking an important beginning for a long-term cooperative relationship between the Law and Development Journal and Thuy Loi University.

The two sides agreed to cooperate on the basis of voluntariness, to exploit their potential and strengths, and to enhance their capacity in scientific research, training, and other activities; to regularly exchange views, organize periodic evaluations of cooperative activities, and develop new contents for subsequent stages.
